Water Slide Rentals:
Do not turn off the water slide after it's set up. Keep it on until the delivey driver gets there to pick up
so he can drain the water and deflate it to control the water.
Dunk Tank Rentals:
Do not drain the dunk tank. Do not disassemble the dunk tank. You may be injured by doing so.
After use, just turn off the water and make sure it's secure so we can control the drainage.
We have certain procedures to drain water slides and dunk tanks so it doesn't flood the area.
Jumpers, Obstacles, other inflatables:
Leave all inflatables up and inflated until the end of the party so the delivery driver can clean and inspect
it at the end of the party.
Delivery Time:
Your order has a Start Time and End Time.
The "Start time" on your order is not the Delivery time.
We deliver BEFORE the start time, and pick up AFTER the end time.
We will send you a text message to your phone the night before to let you know an approximate delivery time.
Delivery time for Parks:
Delivery is generally within 45 minutes before your party Start Time on your order.
We will send you a text message to your phone the night before to let you know an approximate delivery time.
Homes, businesses, churches etc:
Delivery time will fall within our "General Delivery Time" policy.
Deliveries can be as early as 830 am up to about 45 minutes before your "start time".
Everything will be set up and we will be gone before the start time on your order.
If you require a "special delivery" time, or you aren't going to be available for delivery until
a certain time, you need to tell us in advance so we can make special arrangements.
Once the items are delivered we can NOT make any changes to Pick up Times. Please don't ask to be the "last pick up".
We have already scheduled our pick up times according to your order, and we can not make any changes.
We do not pick up in the dark with flashlights.
We do not leave rentals overnight.
Pick up Time:
Pick up will be at the “End Time” on your contract, or shortly after.
The inflatable must be left up so we can inspect it. If the unit is unplugged and deflated, and we can not inspect it after the rental, there will be an extra charge for us to re inflate this at our shop to open it and reinspect it and clean it.
DO NOT use Silly String, Face Paint, or Colored Confetti - it permanently stains and DOES NOT come off.
Customer will be responsible for damages, and possible full replacement if stained.
Do not spray water on the jumpers, or slides unless it’s a water slide.
If the rentals have water on it and it requires it to be re opened and dried… there will be a “minimum charge”
of $80.
Payment:
We require payment at time of delivery. We accept cash payment for personal parties. For churches, schools, businesses we can take a check but
this needs to be discussed in advance. We do not have billing services.
Customers should give payment directly to the delivery driver after delivery and set up.
Drivers do not carry change. We do not take Paypal, Venmo or Zelle, and we do not charge the balance to the credit card.
If any charges are made to the credit card, there is a 7% processing fee.
Schools, Churches, Businesses - we can accept a check for payment but this must be paid the day of rental. We do not bill.
Just a note... we "DO NOT" set up inflatables on dirt, sand, rocks, chipped bark, etc.
Note - all inflatable rentals do “not” come with play balls. You can use your own if you want. For combo jumpers, best size play ball would be volleyball size.
Cancellation Policies:
By confirming your order, you are agreeing to all our terms of agreement and cancellation policy. Deposit is not refundable if you cancel.
A credit card is required for all orders. When you place the order, we hold the item for you and prevent others from renting it.
Cancellation after booking and confiming your order - $50.00 Cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 7 days of the event date - Customer will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation within 3 days of the event - Customer will be charged 100% of the order.
These fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any charges will be able to be applied to another reservation within 30 days of your original party date. Once we have arrived and set up your equipment, there are no refunds. Deposit is not refundable if you cancel.

SAFETY RULES
Can be found on our website and need to be read and understood by the renter. Safety rules for each inflatable will
be posted at the entrance of each unit. All rules must be followed. Adult supervision must be present at all times.
Only riders of the same age group and size should be inside a bouncer. Small children and large adults should not be
inside at the same time. In case a larger person falls on a smaller person.
No Water sprayed on dry inflatables.
No Food, Candies, Gum, Juice Boxes etc.
No Confetti, or any colored paper products that might bleed colors and stain the vinyl.
Basic common sense must be used to protect our equipment. If you have any questions you can call and ask.
Turn off the sprinklers a day before your party.
IF SPRINKLERS TURN ON AND THE INFLATABLES GET WET YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA.
Residential customers:
If we are going through a gate, please make sure we have a clear pathway to the set up area. The inflatable weighs 200-300 lbs and is up to 3 feet in width. For that reason, we do not go up / down flights of stairs to deliver inflatables. Also, make sure all trash cans and obstacles are moved out of the way.
If you have dogs, please make sure the area is clean.
*INFLATABLES CAN WEIGH UP TO AND OVER 300 LBS. FOR THAT REASON, WE CAN NOT BRING JUMPERS UP & DOWN FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. IF WE ARRIVE AT YOUR EVENT AND DETERMINE WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER OR SET UP THE EQUIPMENT FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES, SUCH AS STAIRWAYS, GATE ISSUES, STEEP HILL, ETC...YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50 % OF YOUR ORDER.
Accidental Damage Waiver:
This is optional.
The Accidental Damage Waiver covers damage that is “accidental” to the rented equipment. For 7% of your rental fee we will waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your rental (EXCLUDING INTENTIONAL DAMAGE, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, OR THEFT). Damage Waiver is not liability insurance. All broken or damaged pieces must be returned to North County Jumpers or else a full replacement fee will be assessed. The waiver does not cover incidents of abuse or neglect nor damage incurred by violating the rental agreement. North County Jumpers guarantees that all rented equipment is in good working condition. The waiver is non-refundable after your event.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of the aforementioned inflatable play structure / ride, brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to myself, my guests, and / or invitees. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding, and could result in injury, illness, emotional distress, death, and / or property damage to myself or my guests and invitees.
Release of Liability: I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge North County Jumpers, it's officers, employees, members, and agents from all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my rental of the inflatable, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse all attorneys fees and costs which may be incurred by the leasing company (listed above) that I am renting from in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action if I lose.
In the event that I file a lawsuit against the above named Leasing Company I agree that the substantive law of the state in which the above named Leasing Company presides shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law of that state. I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner’s insurance, tenant insurance, and / or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage, which might occur to my guests, my invitees, or myself from the rental and use of the aforementioned inflatable / equipment. North County Jumpers is not responsible for damage to the grass, plants, or objects where the unit or equipment is set up. Lessee is required to return the equipment in the same condition it was received.
Safety Rules
- Adult supervision must be present at all times. If inflatables are unattended, they must be turned off.
- Remove shoes before entering a bounce house. Only socks and bare feet.
- Only compatible sizes and age groups should be in the bounce house.
- No flips, climbing on the walls, pulling on basketball hoops is allowed.
-For inflatables with slides - do not slide head first. Climb up one at a time and slide straight down - feet first.
Individuals who may be particularly susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing should not use this.
IMPORTANT WAIVER
* There are inherent risks in the participation in or use of any amusement or recreational activity, ride, device and attraction. It is impossible to eliminate all risks even when following all reasonable safety precautions.
* By participating, you the patron or guardian of patron understand that there are inherent risks associated with the use of amusement attractions. By such participation, you agree and understand that using these amusement attractions could cause injuries, which at times may be serious or even fatal.
* North County Jumpers / San Diego Fun Company / Galaxy Jumps is not liable for injuries that may occur from use or participation in or around amusement attractions. Attendees play at their own risk. Adult / Parental supervision is required at all times.
