Cancellations - Cancellation must be done at least 72 hours (3 days) before the reservation date or else a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount may apply. Exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy or Inclement weather days, please check our cancellation policy for details.
Park Rentals - All park rentals will incur an additional fee because of time constraints for delivery and pickup, and also because of the extra work to transport items the long distance to the event location. All park orders MUST have an inflatable for us to deliver, and a generator rented from us. We DO NOT deliver ONLY tables, chairs and smaller accessories to parks. Park orders typically also require the client to obtain a permit from the city parks and recreation, mostly all parks require permits.
Should I tip the bounce house guy?
We are often asked by a customer if they should tip the delivery driver. Here is a little bit of their day. Drivers get up very early, drive to our warehouse, review their routes, then load up the jumper, obstacles, slide, tables, chairs, generators in their own truck, trailer, or van. Double check everything to make sure they didn’t forget anything. Then head out for an all day of hard work. They drive their own truck, pay for their own gas, and pay for their own insurance. All our drivers are good guys, been vetted, and are responsible. They do a great job, understand great customer service, and have kids themselves. They also have a Mon - Fri job and work for us to make enough money just to make ends meet. Tipping is customary for delivery drivers, just like tipping a pizza delivery guy. But pizza deliveries only make one trip to your house. Our drivers have to two trips, once for delivery and a second for pick up. Then they drive back to the shop, unload, put everything away and go home late, usually after everyone has gone to bed. Then have to get up early the next day to go back to work. Our drivers very much appreciate a tip. Customarily a 10% to 15% tip is recommended. Just like tipping a waiter or waitress.
Electrical requirements: (One) 15 amp outlet.
Uses 1 air fan - 1 h/p that draw 950 watts continuous.
Space Needed: 17 x 20 feet of clear space.
Surface Needed: Smooth clean dust free surface.
Grass, Concrete Driveway, Asphalt Driveway, Brick Pavers.
We do not set up on Dirt / Rocks / Sand / Chipped Bark.

Jumpers come in 3 sizes: Small, Medium, and Large - Just like a pizza. Capacity is as follows.
11ft Jumpers - accomodates 6-8 kids (clear space needed 15x17 feet)
13ft Jumpers - accomodates 7-9 kids (clear space needed 17x19 feet)
15ft Jumpers - accomodates 8-10 kids (clear space needed 20x22 feet)
Delivery area
Our Delivery area includes cities of Escondido, San Marcos, Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, Encinitas, Poway, Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego, Rancho Bernardo and more.
Set up area
Set up area needs to be clean and dirt / dust free such as green grass, concrete driveway, ashpalt driveway, parking lot, brick pavers, patios etc.
We do not set up on dirt / rocks / sand / areas of chipped bark
